Standard US Shipping
Allow up to 1-3 business days for processing. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
2 Business Days
You may upgrade to 2 Day Shipping for a flat rate of $25. Items placed before 3pm EST will ship out the same business day they are placed and you will receive them the next business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control.
1 Business Day
You may upgrade to 1 Day Shipping for a flat rate of $35. Items placed before 3pm EST will ship out the same business day they are placed and you will receive them the next business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control.
International Shipping
International orders will be shipped using USPS, or UPS at a flat rate of $25. We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US.
Undelivered Packages
If the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by UPS or USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $8.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address.
Processing Time
Items are quickly processed and sent from our office in Maryland within 2-3 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address when you place your order. Please allow up to 10+ business days for customized items. You will receive an email regarding the expected processing time for your customized items. Smaller items such as placemats and hats can take up to 10 days to make. Larger items such as scarves and blankets will take up to 20 days. Please note that delivery times do not include additional delays due to weather, weekend delivery, or delays due to major holidays. Holidays may cause a slight delay in packages being delivered.
